SINGAPORE (11 September 2026) Juris Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (JurisTech), a Malaysia-founded lending and recovery technology company, has been named Asia’s Best Lending Solution 2026 by Euromoney,

Malaysia-founded lending and recovery technology company, globally recognised for connecting the credit lifecycle and demonstrating measurable impact from AI in lending operations.

Accepting the Awards wereJurisTech’s Stephanie Yap, Regional Account Manager and Alison Sew, Global Head of Sales.

The award was presented under Euromoney’s Awards for Excellence 2026, an established awards programme for the banking and financial services industry, recognises JurisTech’s approach to transforming the credit lifecycle by connecting infrastructure, decisions and workflows behind lending to address fragmentation within the lifecycle.

In a statement released by Euromoney, JurisTech stood out for the breadth and operational impact of its credit management technology.

“For institutions looking for a vendor with the entire lending platform, we support the journey from the moment a customer initiates a loan. We are best of a 360 AI Lending Technology.”

JurisTech CEO, See Wai Hun

Building for the Full Lending Chain

Lending is rarely a single-system problem. Retail loans, SME facilities, commercial lending, automotive finance and leasing involve different workflows, documentation requirements and risk controls. Financial institutions may need to modernise one part of the technology stack or connect a broader lending ecosystem. JurisTech supports both approaches.

Its platform covers the lending journey from first customer contact through to recovery, with capabilities for digital onboarding, lead management, credit decisioning, financial analysis, origination, credit administration, loan management, collateral, collections and recovery. Individual components can be deployed within an institution’s existing architecture or combined into a more complete end-to-end environment.

“We connect the surrounding systems and ensure the entire ecosystem works together. Regardless of the operating model you have, we can support it with an end-to-end solution,” See said.

Reduced credit analysis turnaround time by 94%

A significant element of JurisTech’s lending technology strategy is applying AI directly to operational financial workflows to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency. For a government-backed SME lender, JurisTech deployed AI-powered document intelligence through Juris AICraft, its agentic AI platform, alongside Juris Analyst, its financial analysis solution for extracting and structuring financial data.

The implementation reduced credit analysis turnaround time by 94% and manual financial spreading effort by 85%. The system now handles more than 3,000 pages each month as part of the lender’s document-intensive SME and commercial credit analysis process, helping reduce processing time from two days to under two hours while improving data accuracy from around 60% to 85%.

“A lot of banks now are asking us to create AI agents,” See said. “Many still have large teams reviewing documents manually to check whether they match. Even for financial spreading, people are still keying in balance sheets manually. That no longer makes sense.”

Retail Proof

At Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, a banking group in Malaysia serving consumer, SME, commercial, corporate and Islamic banking customers, JurisTech implemented an AI-enabled origination framework combining digital onboarding, lead management, configurable rule-based scoring, origination workflows and credit administration.

The deployment delivered 30% faster application turnaround and a 30% increase in staff productivity. Personal loan disbursement was reduced from three days to one day, mortgage processing from seven days to three days, and same-day credit card approvals were enabled.

The results demonstrate the operational value of connecting onboarding, decisioning, workflow and administration across the lending journey.

Architecture Behind the Transformation

JurisTech’s lending platform runs on containerised, cloud-native infrastructure, to enable traditional virtual-machine environments to containerised deployment. The architecture is designed to support horizontal scalability, automated deployment, resilience and more efficient infrastructure use.

The company has also moved towards microservices, product-level ownership and API-based integration, to make its software increasingly componentised and extensible as AI becomes more embedded in product development and operations.

“We transformed ourselves so every product unit can run on microservices and scale up,” said See. “We made our software API-based, so even our collection system can talk to our decisioning services, contract management and other systems.”

A Southeast Asian Specialist with Wider Reach

JurisTech’s roots are in Malaysia, where the company was founded in 2003. Its experience has since extended beyond its home market, including expansion into Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines, with demand from banks, multi-finance companies, leasing firms, digital banks, government-backed lenders and non-bank financial institutions.

In emerging and fast-growing credit markets, lending transformation requires strong process discipline. See shared, “Sometimes the priority is digitalisation before AI transformation.” she added, “Ultimately, policies, transparency, auditability and security have to be embedded. We focus on fixing the root cause of what is slowing the process down.”

A 360 Coherence to the Lending Process

Euromoney highlighted that JurisTech stood out because it addressed the harder layer of lending transformation. Not the application screen, but the machinery behind it: onboarding, data extraction, financial spreading, policy rules, approvals, documentation, servicing and recovery.

Its platform has breadth across the credit lifecycle, but the stronger point is how those components work together. AI is embedded into document handling, underwriting support and decision workflows, alongside configurable rules and governance controls.

In a crowded lending technology market, JurisTech showed that credit transformation must come from connecting the whole process, then making it faster, more automated and more controlled at the same time.
