IOI Properties Bhd’s net profit for the financial year ended June 30 (FY2026) rose to RM2.15 billion from RM1.06 billion last year, while revenue grew 45% to RM4.44 billion from FY2025’s RM3.06 billion.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, IOI Properties attributed the group’s strong performance to a RM502.8 million remeasurement gain from South Beach, Singapore, as well as strong contributions from the property development and property investment segments.
It said revenue growth was driven by robust performance across all three core business segments, with the property development, property investment, and hospitality and leisure segments registering growth of 35%, 49% and 79%, respectively.
“Notably, the property development segment benefitted from the recognition of land sales along Jalan Ampang (Kuala Lumpur) and Melaka, while the property investment segment was bolstered by higher physical occupancy at IOI Central Boulevard Towers and the addition of South Beach Tower,” it said.
For the fourth quarter of 2026, the property developer’s net profit eased to RM523.11 million from RM823.93 million, while revenue jumped to RM1.38 billion from RM890.20 million, primarily attributed to improved performance across all segments.
Group CEO Lee Yeow Seng said IOI Properties’ performance reflected its strategies to diversify income streams, capitalise on industrial demand, and roll out market-driven products while enhancing productivity and efficiency across all three core business segments.
“As we move into FY2027, we recognise that global economic headwinds and geopolitical risks may persist.
“Nevertheless, the group remains cautiously optimistic of its financial performance for the financial year, underpinned by the strong demand for our diversified product offerings in the property development segment and growing contribution from the property investment segment,” he said.
The company has declared an interim dividend of eight sen and a special dividend of eight sen, totalling 16 sen for FY2026.
