Luxury mobility is becoming more flexible as Mercedes-Benz Malaysia introduces its latest FLEX campaign, featuring Agility+, a financing solution designed to give customers greater choice, convenience and accessibility when owning a Mercedes-Benz.
With monthly repayments starting from RM1,988, Agility+ aims to make premium vehicles more attainable for a wider range of customers. The programme offers flexible financing options across various models, including the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, S-Class and Mercedes-AMG range.
Rather than focusing only on vehicle ownership, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is positioning Agility+ as a complete lifestyle experience. The solution combines flexible financing, personalised services, aftersales support and exclusive brand experiences.
Flexible Financing Designed Around Customer Needs
Agility+ allows customers to customise their ownership journey based on their lifestyle and financial preferences. The programme offers financing tenures from one to five years, with an extended seven-year option available. Customers can also select annual mileage options between 10,000 km and 30,000 km, with down payments starting from as low as 10%.
At the centre of Agility+ is the Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) structure. Unlike conventional financing, GFV determines the vehicle’s future value at the start of the agreement.
As a result, customers enjoy lower monthly repayments while having greater clarity about their options when the financing period ends. They can choose to settle the remaining GFV amount and keep the vehicle, return it, or use the vehicle’s equity towards a new Mercedes-Benz.
According to Martin Schulz, CEO & President of Mercedes-Benz Cars Malaysia and Head of Region, Mercedes-Benz Cars Southeast Asia, the FLEX campaign reflects the brand’s commitment to adapting to changing customer expectations.
“Customers can now exercise flexibility in their financial plan and choose how they wish to experience the brand on their own terms,” he said.
More Than a Car Ownership Experience
Beyond financing, Agility+ connects customers to a wider Mercedes-Benz ecosystem. The programme can be customised with additional benefits, including a one-year extended warranty, up to four Compact Service Packages and MobilityPlus.
MobilityPlus provides customers with a replacement Mercedes-Benz during servicing, warranty repairs or accident repairs that take 48 hours or longer.
Meanwhile, customers exploring Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles can also enjoy greater confidence through Young Star Agility+, which includes the Guaranteed Future Value feature.
Entering the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is also expanding its ownership experience through exclusive events and community-driven initiatives.
Through Agility+, customers gain access to selected brand experiences such as the Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience, Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek Kuala Lumpur, MercedesTrophy and the 100,000 km Club.
Additionally, the brand continues to strengthen customer convenience through strategic collaborations. These include Malaysia Airlines’ Private Terminal Transfer Service via Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), as well as co-branded electric vehicle charging destinations with hospitality and lifestyle partners.
With 31 outlets nationwide, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia also provides customers with access to certified aftersales services supported by trained Mercedes-Benz technicians.
