KUALA LUMPUR: Exchange 106, the landmark skyscraper at the heart of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) International Financial Centre, is set to redefine next-generation corporate infrastructure through a strategic collaboration with U Mobile and EdgePoint Towers Sdn Bhd.
Targeted to go live in phases starting Q4 2026, this project will position Exchange 106 as Malaysia’s first fully 5G-enabled supertall skyscraper.
Standing at 454 metres, the tower will feature purpose-built In-Building Coverage (IBC) infrastructure spanning 453,885 sqm, designed to support high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity for corporate tenants and businesses.

As the provider of the 5G network, U Mobile will deliver its ULTRA5G capabilities to the development.
