New all-in-one 5G business solution combines POS hardware, software, and connectivity to help F&B and retail SMEs streamline operations and scale more efficiently.

U Business Introduces Integrated Digital Solution for SMEs

U Business Launches ULTRA Business Merchant 360 to Accelerate SME Digitalisation in Malaysia - Malaysia SME®
U Mobile, together with partners EasyStore, FeedMe and Sunmi, mark the launch of ULTRA Business Merchant 360 — an integrated solution enabling F&B and retail businesses to operate smarter and more efficiently. (Standing Left-Right): Mr. Alan Kok (Co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer, EasyStore), King Wei Lo (Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, FeedMe), How Lih Ren (Chief Business Officer, U Mobile) and Victor Tan (Regional Managing Director, Sunmi)

U Mobile, through its enterprise arm U Business, has launched ULTRA Business Merchant 360, a new integrated business solution designed specifically for Malaysia’s food and beverage (F&B) and retail sectors.

The all-in-one package combines U Mobile’s ULTRA 5G connectivity with point-of-sale (POS) hardware and business management software to help SMEs digitise operations more efficiently.

According to U Business, the solution aims to simplify digital adoption for small and medium enterprises by offering essential business tools under a single subscription model.

All-in-One SME Solution for F&B and Retail Businesses

ULTRA Business Merchant 360 brings together POS hardware, business applications, and connectivity into one integrated ecosystem. As a result, business owners no longer need to source separate vendors for hardware, software, and internet services.

The solution also allows merchants to customise packages based on their operational needs. Businesses can choose POS hardware from SUNMI alongside software platforms such as FeedMe and EasyStore.

FeedMe supports restaurant ordering systems and front-of-house management, while EasyStore helps retailers manage inventory, sales channels, and customer engagement across online and offline platforms.

Furthermore, the solution supports hybrid retail environments, allowing businesses to integrate marketplaces, social media channels, and delivery platforms into a centralised system.

Lowering Barriers to SME Digitalisation

One of the key highlights of ULTRA Business Merchant 360 is its flexible monthly subscription model.

U Business said the offering is Malaysia’s first integrated SME business solution available through a 24-month instalment plan with pricing starting from RM265 per month. This approach aims to lower upfront costs and make digital transformation more accessible for SMEs.

“At U Business, we believe in innovating digital solutions, made possible by our ULTRA 5G connectivity,” said How Lih Ren, Chief Business Officer of U Mobile.

He added that the bundled solution removes common barriers faced by SME operators when adopting digital systems for long-term sustainability and operational growth.

Additionally, businesses subscribing to the platform will become e-invoice ready and gain access to integrated logistics providers, payment gateways, and accounting software through a single platform.

5G Connectivity Supports Smarter Business Operations

The launch reflects the growing role of 5G technology in helping SMEs improve efficiency and customer experience.

By combining high-speed connectivity with digital business tools, ULTRA Business Merchant 360 allows merchants to automate workflows, monitor operations in real time, and improve decision-making processes.

Moreover, SMEs can establish an online presence more easily while streamlining customer service, inventory management, and sales tracking. These capabilities are particularly important for F&B and retail businesses operating across multiple customer touchpoints.

Victor Tan, the Regional Managing Director of SUNMI, said the collaboration combines enterprise-grade digital capabilities with integrated business solutions to help merchants modernise and scale sustainably.

Meanwhile, King Wei Lo, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of FeedMe, noted that many restaurant operators struggle with compliance, reporting, and digital operations despite offering strong products and services.

He explained that the partnership aims to make restaurant digitalisation more practical and accessible for SMEs.

Similarly, Alan Kok, Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of EasyStore, highlighted the importance of building solutions that address the real operational challenges businesses face daily.

Launch Promotions for Early SME Adopters

To celebrate the launch, U Business is offering special promotional pricing for the first 150 sign-ups under its F&B bundle packages.

Customers will also receive additional benefits, including a complimentary one-year POS device warranty and one-time onsite POS support services.

As Malaysian SMEs continue accelerating digital transformation efforts, integrated platforms such as ULTRA Business Merchant 360 may help businesses adopt technology more quickly while reducing operational complexity and costs.
